First Take Media Ltd is active in a wide variety of media from print journalism and photography, to radio, television, audio and video production.
Regular projects include creation of content for corporate, personal, and online programming.
However, we do not neglect our traditional broadcast clients, and continue to provide both live and recorded content to a number of radio stations. We have become experts in radio presentation of motoring and motor sport events, specialising for over a decade in outside broadcasts to multiple radio clients.

Our broadcast radio connections concentrate in the UK across both BBC and commercial networks. We also have extensive contacts with English language stations all over the globe, particularly in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Radio continues to provide a highly creative canvas, with programme subjects as diverse as opera to blues music, travel to cookery, even Flamenco dancing, there is always something of interest in the pipeline.
From the largest multi-day OB, to expert voices on a variety of subjects, First Take Media provide a wide range of clients with content appropriate and tailored for their station or show's needs.... A 30 second news item for some, a 5 minute two-way chat with the lunchtime show's presenter for another.... even hosting a full 4 hour afternoon show from a remote location...

GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED
- EXTERNAL RADIO COVERAGE FROM FIRST TAKE MEDIA -
First Take Media's outside broadcast team comes shining through regardless of what the British weather can throw at us! For many years, FTM have provided interviews and comment over the three days of each Festival to broadcasters the world over, including Talksport, BBC regional stations, Spirit FM and local commercial stations.
Highlights for our radio clients from the UK´s top historic motorsport event - over 180,000 attend to see Formula 1 teams, World Rally Championship teams, and the cream of the world's historic racers - including live interviews with David Richards, Christian Horner, Sir Stirling Moss and Sir Jackie Stewart and dozens of other stars from the worlds of F1, rallying, world superbike racing and such well known motor sport fans as Johnnie Walker and Sir Terence Conran.
The Event: The Goodwood Festival of Speed is a three-day motorsport event at Goodwood House on the South Downs in West Sussex. Internationally acclaimed, the Goodwood Festival of Speed is organised by “The Racing Earl” - Lord March and was called by the Sunday Times “The Garden Party of the Gods”. From 7 o'clock on Friday Morning, to 7 o'clock on Sunday Evening, there is non-stop activity.
Our Task: In these modern days of radio, sending a reporter and technical team to cover an event, even if it is a large local event that YOUR listeners WILL be interested in, can prove too costly for YOUR budget! Our response to this is a cost-effective way of providing a variety of packages giving YOU a combination of LIVE, pre-recorded, and packaged items throughout the three days of the event....AND helping in the provision of sponsorship deals to cover the costs.
The Proposition: How would you like exclusive live interviews with Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button, Takuma Sato and David Coulthard on your show? As an example of the quality of our OB output, First Take Media secured exclusive interviews for our clients with these and many, many other motor sport stars at the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival. We also featured interviews with the Film, TV and music business personalities who gather at these blue riband events.
First Take Media can bring you all the sound and colour of these massive events. We have a uniquely close relationship with Goodwood, forged over many years, and our team of broadcasters will again have "access all areas" to present programming from our purpose built studio at the heart of the action. We can bring you all the sound and colour of this massive event, a high speed racing pageant of motoring history last year attended by no less than 8 F1 teams, Le Mans teams, World Rally teams and the rarest racing cars and most well known drivers from all over the globe, all in competition on the daunting hill climb. Last year The Festival attracted over 180,000 people on site and produced a Radio and TV audience in excess of 10 million in the UK alone.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed, and the Goodwood Revival act as magnets to the stars of motorsport, film, TV and music!
